2024 Florida Shape Off Win Honoring Bill Frierson

4 years since the last shape off I did, held at the boardroom show where I came 2nd to Ryan Burch honoring Wayne Lynch. 7 years since my first shape off and 1st victory held at Florida expo honoring Greg Loehr.
This shape off hit a little differently being it was honoring someone who I had personally known and influenced my approach to shaping. This past shape off held at the 2024 Surf Expo in Orlando, FL honored Bill Frierson, a Virginia Beach legend and master shaper.
The board to be recreated, a 7’7 singlefin. Bill was know for is subtle spiral v contours.
